FAQ

No, unfortunately fireworks sales are only legal in North Dakota from June 27 – July 5 every year, and Dec. 26 – 31 for New Year’s Eve.  However, if you are a not a North Dakota resident and have a valid drivers license from another state, you can purchase fireworks year-round.  Please contact us to set up a time to meet.

Yes! Lanterns are not technically fireworks so please contact us if you are interested in purchasing lanterns for events, weddings or holidays outside the fireworks season.

You can buy Memory Lanterns outside the June 27 – July 5 and New Year's season, but all other fireworks are only legal during that period of time.  If you are an out of state resident, you can purchase fireworks at any time.  Please contact us for more information on out of season sales.

We’ll be happy to replace the item with one that is the same or equal value.  Please bring the defective fireworks in so we can replace it for you and ensure that this doesn’t happen again.  We strive to always provide you with the best quality fireworks.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards for your convenience.

Delivery times will depend on your location. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged. Delivery can be expected within 10 business days.

Please contact our administrators for more information on returning products purchased on our website.

Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.
